Keterangan

  • Design and develop training materials (e-learning modules, infographics, videos, slide decks, etc.) using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent
  • Assist in the delivery of onboarding programs and other learning sessions
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, both virtual and in-person
  • Support the evaluation and improvement of training programs through feedback and analytics
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex concepts into engaging learning experiences
  • Maintain an organized repository of training materials and documentation
  • Stay updated with current trends in learning and development, multimedia design, and technology
  • Travel to other branches or locations as required for training deployments


Persyaratan

  • Had a proven background in graphic or video content development either Canva, Photoshop, or any Adobe suites or other related content creation tools.
  • Have a strong sense of curiosity and creativity
  • Demonstrate a continuous learning attitude
  • 8/10 communication skills are acceptable.
  • Willing to travel
  • It would be a plus factor if the applicant is an IT person with a background in system integration and has the above qualities as well.
