Manage and coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of company vehicles to ensure efficient operations.
Monitor fleet performance, maintenance schedules, and compliance with safety regulations.
Ensure timely servicing, repairs and inspections of all company vehicles.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and expenses.
Communicate with drivers to ensure adherence to company policies and address any issues.
Assist in resolving on-road breakdowns and vehicle emergencies.
Generate reports on fleet operations, vehicle status, and cost analysis.
Optimize fleet routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure adherence to company policies, government regulations, and industry standards.

Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, scheduling and regulatory compliance strong organizational and multi tasking skills
Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent fleet-related issues
Familiarity with fuel consumption tracking and cost management
