Keterangan
- Coordination and Planning: Support the coordination, planning, execution, and monitoring of supply chain operations.
- Shipping and Receiving: Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and undamaged goods.
- Documentation: Prepare paperwork for outbound shipments, review shipment documents (e.g., BOL, invoices, packing lists), and maintain inventory of shipping supplies.
- Customer Support: Provide customers with order confirmations and book outbound orders with freight forwarders or brokers.
- Inventory Management: Process incoming shipments, compare received items with shipment orders, stock materials in the warehouse, and file necessary documentation.
- Order Processing: Confirm orders, prepare packing lists, and physically check outgoing materials.
Persyaratan
- College undergraduate / College graduate
- With atleast 6 months of work-related experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
