About the role

We're looking for a talented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-paced team at Business Trends Philippines' in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role, offering a great opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with relevant experience to kick-start their career in marketing communications. As a Marketing Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our sales engagement activities and helping to drive our business forward.

What you'll be doing

Assist in the planning, development, and execution of sales-focused marketing campaigns and initiatives

Support the creation of engaging marketing content such as presentations, email campaigns, and social media posts

Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and develop effective marketing strategies to support their goals

Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and insights that can inform our marketing efforts

Provide administrative support, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing project timelines

Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing best practices and technologies to help us continuously improve our approach

What we're looking for

A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
