POSITION: Process Engineer SECTION/GROUP: BEA Engineering

REPORTS TO: Engineering Supervisor JOB LEVEL: 4-1

JOB HOLDER:

BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for line optimization, preparation, productivity, and quality improvement. Also includes designing, implementing, and controlling work processes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

1. Participates in the development, formulation, and implementation of processes, standard operating procedures according to international standards and customer specifications. Submits output for approval to implementation.

2. Performs evaluation and analysis of methods for quality and productivity concerns.

3. Provides data with first-level analysis to Production/QA/Planning for further analysis towards improvement (includes monitoring and feedback of abnormalities).

4. Facilitates meetings

• Interpretation and analysis of identified quality issue/s.

5. Verifies the conduct of Planning for Product Realization and its implementation.

6. Prepares inspection items and criteria

• Prepares work instructions, inspection templates, and other documents.

7. Process documentation and standardization

• Knowledge of technical aspects of production operations

8. Represents the company in customer process audits

9. Conducts performance evaluation, coaching, discipline, and training work schedules of subordinates.

10. Conducts Troubleshooting of products.

11. Follows, implements, and maintains the Quality Management and procedures of the company. Ensures proper housekeeping within the area of responsibility.

Education: Engineering Graduate (ME, ECE, EE, IE)

Experience: With at least 1 year of experience

Others: Computer Literate and Strong Leadership Skills

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

[Manufacturing support positions] Applicants may be required to work overtime or on weekends and holidays. As of now, we don’t have a night shift; however, if our production peaks, we may consider two shifts, so their schedule may change.
