- Responsible in estimating and managing the costs of construction projects from initial calculations to final figures. Prepare, negotiate and analyze costs for tenders and contracts.
- Cost Estimation
- Strong experience in cost planning, budgeting and progress billing.
- Proven ability to prepare accurate quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantity (BOQ) and cost breakdowns.
- Evaluate quotes and secure best-value suppliers.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power point) and commonly used estimating or quantity take-offs tool.
- Able to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills with high attention to details, accuracy and documentation.communication.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
