- Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in recruiting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Recruiting, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, People Management, Process Management, and Social Recruitment.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional remote flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, analytical mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
