Position : Sales Manger
Company : ALDON PACKAGING SDN BHD
Location: Ulu Tiram, Johor
The Sales Manager manages the organization's sales growth. He/She develops sales strategies by analyzing client segmentation and competitor landscapes. He/She also recommends plans to expand sales channels and network. He/She supports lead generation and business negotiations to acquire sales. He/She provides recommendations for customer service and relationship models to increase client numbers and boost retention.
He/She is innovative and resourceful, and shows initiative in identifying new opportunities and converting them into actual sales. He/She builds a good rapport with new and existing clients by understanding clients' needs and finding business solutions.
He/She commutes frequently to maintain rapport with potential and existing clients, and networks widely with key industry stakeholders.
Analyse data and intel on competitor landscape and customer demand to identify sales opportunities.
Communicate and review sales teams' sales performance metrics against key performance indicators.
Conduct negotiation of sales agreements.
Develop actions for clients' requests that deviate from signed sales agreements.
Develop consultative selling methods to identify clients' needs.
Develop measures to enhance client retention based on customer data and purchasing behavior.
Develop measures to strengthen client portfolio based on client segmentation.
Develop sales strategies to align with client segmentation, competitor analysis and overall strategies.
Develop upselling techniques.
Handle complex customer enquiries.
Lead follow-up with clients to close sales.
Persyaratan
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Proven experience in sales strategy development, client acquisition, and business negotiations.
Strong analytical skills to assess competitor landscapes, customer demand, and sales performance metrics.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, upselling techniques, and consultative selling methods.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and key stakeholders.
Innovative, resourceful, and proactive in identifying new business opportunities and converting them into sales.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to enhance client retention through data-driven measures.
Skilled in handling complex customer enquiries and resolving issues related to sales agreements.
Willingness to commute frequently and network widely to strengthen client relationships and expand sales channels.
Results-driven, with the ability to lead follow-ups and drive sales closure.
