Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store and inventory operations, including receiving, issuing, storage, and stock control
• Ensure accurate stock records between system and physical inventory
• Monitor stock levels, minimum stock, slow-moving and fast-moving items
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Accounts departments
• Plan and conduct regular stock take / cycle counts
• Ensure proper labelling, storage, housekeeping, and organization of store items
• Investigate stock discrepancies and prepare inventory reports
• Ensure store operations comply with company procedures and safety standards
• Supervise and guide storekeepers / warehouse staff

Job Requirements

• SPM or Diploma in any related field
• Minimum 3–5 years working experience in store, inventory, or warehouse operations
• Experience as Store Supervisor / Inventory Supervisor / Warehouse Supervisor is preferred
• Experience in sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, kitchen appliances, hardware, or building materials will be an added advantage
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills in Malay & English
• Responsible, well-organized, and hands-on attitude
