MPRC-IT is seeking a sharp, motivated Business Analyst to support our mobile and web development projects. You’ll help define business requirements, analyze processes, and support product development in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Collaborate with teams to gather and document business and functional requirements
• Support analysis, testing, and delivery of mobile/web solutions
• Assist in reporting, impact analysis (e.g. Salesforce), and process improvements
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and development teams

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• SQL knowledge; familiarity with APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Agile experience and basic programming exposure
• Quick learner with a proactive mindset
