説明
Brand Acquisition & Partnership Development
- Identify, reach out to, and onboard brands that can benefit from Influencer marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in various industries.
- Develop customized partnership proposals and pitches to attract potential brand partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and collaboration terms with brands.
- Continuously explore and secure sponsorships for events and campaigns.
Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for brand partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Maintain long-term relationships with KOLs and Creators, ensuring their alignment with brand campaigns.
- Strategically match brands with the right KOLs and Creators to maximize engagement and sales performance.
- Handle conflict resolution and ensure satisfaction for both brands and creators.
Event Planning & Sponsorships
- Plan and execute networking events, workshops, and promotional campaigns that involve brands, KOLs, and Creators.
- Secure sponsorships from brand partners to fund and support creator-driven events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and brand visibility.
- Measure and report on the success and impact of events.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with the content team to develop brand-aligned marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the agency’s sales and creative teams to ensure brand needs are met.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve the overall business development strategy.
要件
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, PR, or Account Management.
- Strong existing connections in various industries (FMCG, Beauty, Fashion, Tech, etc.).
- Experience working with TikTok marketing, influencer collaborations, or digital agencies is a plus.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level executives and influencers.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in event planning and sponsorship acquisition.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
