Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Customer Service Representative, located in Taytay. The Call Center Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The representative will also follow up with customers as necessary and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.


Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in using call center software and technology
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are a plus
