Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience

• Must have a healthcare background (e.g., nurse, PT, Medtech, pharmacist, etc.)

• Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Familiarity with health information systems and database tools (Excel, SQL, etc.) is desirable

• Tech-savvy; experience with Salesforce or similar tools is desirable

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven leadership skills in delegating tasks, performance management, and quality assurance

• Excellent written and oral English skills

• Experience working with US/UK/AU clients (US preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret data, formulate reports, and provide recommendations

• Verify data quality based on accuracy, completeness, consistency, and validity

• Compile and analyze data using modern and traditional collection methods

• Ensure data entry complies with guidelines and regulatory requirements

• Assist in audits and reviews to ensure data integrity

• Generate reports and summaries from data as requested

• Maintain organized electronic files for medical-related documentation

• Address discrepancies or issues with data identified by staff or external reviewers

• Transcribe source documents into the system and conduct thorough monitoring of patient data, including review

of medical records, lab reports, and completed forms provided at the time of study enrollment, ensuring accuracy,

completeness, and compliance throughout the research process

Role: Clinical Research Analyst (Monitoring)
