  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
  • Collaborate with management on risk assessment and corporate governance.

芁件

  • Bar Passer: Must be a member in good standing of the Philippine Bar.
  • Graduate of Law: Must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a recognized and accredited law school in the Philippines.
  • With experience as a company lawyer is advantage .
  • Exceptional Legal Research and Writing Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Proven Negotiation and Advocacy Skills
  • Comprehensive Knowledge of Relevant Laws and Regulations.
  • Multilingual Proficiency
