Maintenance Utility Worker is responsible for general maintenance and repair tasks to ensure facilities, equipment, and workspaces remain in good condition. This role involves basic repairs of cabinets carpentry works, installation and replacement of busted lights, and routine inspection of physical store.

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs for stores & office
• Conduct inspections of power outlets, wirings and panel boards of stores.
• Conduct routine inspections of stores to ensure safety and functionality
• Knows how to operate tools and equipment for maintenance and repair work
• Support specialized technicians with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs
• Maintain work areas, tools, and equipment in an organized and safe manner of stores & offices
• Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or maintenance needs
• Assist in setting up or moving furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in maintenance, custodial work, or a related field is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Physical stamina to lift, move, and work in various conditions.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to travel to stores within Metro Manila and nearby Provinces
