- Ensuring sales targets are achieved
- Aggressively develop new business opportunities.
- Take action in tactful way to encourage timely collection.
- To maintain good relationships with current clients and new clients.
- Coordinate with supply chain and oversee special orders, make stock reservation and ensure order fulfilment.
- Build and maintain good product knowledge.
- Stay current with market trends and competitors to identify improvements.
- Identify customer’s needs and translate them into concrete offerings
- Provide support to Marketing activities
- Prepare periodical sales report and sales and development plans.
- Perform other tasks as and when required.
- Possess Professional Certificate/ Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Passionate about food, bakery, culinary.
- Experience in Sales (Training provided if no experience).
- Good negotiation and problems solving skills.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented, desire to deliver results.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (Preferred). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
