• Develop sales for Tyres (Falken & Firenza brand) and Truck Tyre (Fleet) division and to look for new prospect aggressively.
• Ensure achievement of sales & profit objectives by determining territory objectives, planning individual targets with HOD and reviewing sales force performance.
• Co-ordinates & update the outstanding issues with customers’ example, claim, goods returned & credit note.
• Develop sales and to look for new prospect aggressively by visit new customers on monthly basis. Also, identify new and potential customers from various industries.
• Provide information to potential customers on products/price. Monitor and analysis the sales trend for related industries market.
• Provide product services and training to the customers.
• Ensure prompt collection on receivable from customers. Ensure credit term is strictly adhered.
• Any other ad hoc projects (which may entail some other related matters with Sales department) and duties as and when required by the company from time to time
