Job Opening: Project Manager (Makati-based)

Salary: ₱35,000 – ₱55,000/month (based on experience)

Location: On-site – Makati, Metro Manila

Schedule: Full-time

We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager to help manage our growing operations in digital marketing and healthcare services. You’ll work closely with our leadership and marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination of leads, deadlines, and project deliverables.

This is an on-site role in Makati, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and knows how to get things done.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project coordination, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time
• Track tasks and team progress using Monday.com
• Monitor and manage leads, campaigns, and client pipelines using Go High Level (GHL)
• Assist in coordinating between departments and follow up on pending tasks
• Identify roadblocks and propose solutions proactively
• Prepare status updates, reports, and schedules for management
• Support campaign execution, onboarding, and client communications as needed

• At least less than 1 year of experience
