職務内容

説明

  • Inventory Management:
  • Maintain and update inventory records, including physical counts and valuations. 
  • Analyze inventory costs, identify variances, and prepare reports. 
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies and resolve issues. 
  • Monitor stock levels and perform regular audits. 


  • Cost Accounting:
  • Analyze and calculate production costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead. 
  • Prepare standard cost reports and analyze cost variances. 
  • Assist in the preparation of cost of goods sold (COGS) calculations. 
  • Analyze profitability at the item SKU level. 


  • Accounting and Reporting:
  • Prepare journal entries related to inventory transactions. 
  • Prepare monthly and annual inventory reports for management review. 
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. 
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 

芁件

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (SAP)
  • Bachelor's degree holder of Accountancy or any related course in accounting
  • With background in costing and inventory
  • Willing to assign at Makati city
