Content Development: Assist in brainstorming, developing, and executing creative concepts for marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media, and other platforms.
Design and Visuals: Create and edit graphics, presentations, and layouts using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design software.
Content Writing: Craft engaging copy for advertisements, promotional materials, and online content, ensuring alignment with the brand voice and tone.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and external vendors, to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel.
Research and Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging creative techniques to keep content fresh and innovative.
Project Coordination: Assist in planning and managing creative projects, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and revisions.
Feedback and Improvement: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs or concepts as needed to meet project goals.

A degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
A portfolio showcasing creative projects is highly desirable.
