職務内容

Role: Customer Service Representative - Japanese speaker
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Salary: RM 10,500
Shift: 24*7 - Rotational (5 days working, 2 days off)
Education: SPM, Diploma and Bachelor Degree.
Joining Date: 1st November 2025
Headcount: 3
Min Requirement: at least 1 year Customer Service experience.

Primary Job Functions
1. Answer incoming calls including email and chat in a timely manner
2. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
3. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
4. Keep the customer’s privacy and protect customer information
5. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
6. Handle simple to difficult inquiries in a given span of time .

NOTE: The paperwork and relocation expenses will be handled by the company

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English and Japanese; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require flexible hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented, patient, proactive problem solver, and culturally aware.
