What you’ll be doing:
Stay on top of the products, services and current offers and promotions.
Sell, cross sell, and upsell the best communication products and services in the market.
Provide outstanding customer service and support by resolving telephone inquiries from customers.
Enhance customer relationships and contribute to building customer loyalty.
Navigating computer systems to track calls, gather information and effectively resolve customer issues or queries.
What we’re looking for:
Ability to work up to 40 hours a week according to the following schedule:
Weekdays and weekends
12AM-9AM (MNL)
