*Salary depends on experience, (PHP 25,000 - 35,000)

The Data Analyst is responsible for cleaning and preparing compensation data, loading it into local systems, generating validation reports, and providing job match recommendations. The analyst will also review data cleaned by teammates, support system testing, and use practice-specific tools to deliver services to internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform micro and macro data cleaning, validation, and approval.
• Generate data validation reports and provide job matching recommendations.
• Contribute to team metrics for client status reports.
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery of outputs per business requirements.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Product Leaders, and team members to maintain high data quality.
• Build internal relationships and work effectively on cross-functional, virtual teams.
• Support Data Management scope expansion through working groups and special teams.
• Assist in continuous process and tool improvement.
• Follow ISO 9001 and 27001 compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills; Microsoft Access is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word; knowledge of PowerPoint and Project is preferred.
• Knowledge of compensation functions and job benchmarking is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
