説明

  • Sorts, indexes and files correspondence, records and other documents; Screens and reviews all incoming correspondence;
  • Prepares drafts of simple correspondence;
  • Types endorsements, certifications and other routine communications pertinent to his/her division;
  • Determines supplies needed and make requisitions through standard procedures;
  • Answers phone calls and relays messages to official concerned;
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Compliance to IMS (Integrated Management System) Standards and Policies.

  • Education: Completion of 2 years studies in college
  • Experience: None Required
  • Training: None Required
  • Eligibility: Career Service Subprofessional
