Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated E-commerce Associate to manage our online stores on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop. You’ll be responsible for product listings, running campaigns, driving brand growth, and improving customer experience across these platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Management:

Manage product listings on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok, ensuring accurate details and pricing.

Optimize product pages to boost visibility and conversions.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase sales and brand awareness.

Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Customer Engagement:

Respond to customer inquiries and feedback professionally.

Enhance customer satisfaction and manage product reviews.

Brand Growth:

Develop strategies to grow brand presence and customer base across platforms.

Work with influencers on TikTok for brand content creation.

Performance Analysis:

Track sales, traffic, and conversion metrics to optimize strategies.

Prepare reports and recommend improvements.

Collaboration:

Work with marketing and content teams to align campaigns with brand goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience managing stores on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge and experience.
• Analytical skills to track performance and optimize strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
