Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor all facility service requests of APEC branches and ensure that these are completed in a timely manner and update the reports on a regular basis.
Submit PR/PO and RFP requests for items and services needed for the fulfillment of his duties as Facilities Officer.
Ensure that expenses incurred for the cleanliness and maintenance of the school facilities are within budget.
Works with 3rd party provider/s for the preventive maintenance (PM) of the A/Cs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems of the branches; audits and signs-off on the completion.
Maintain and monitor the PM checklists and Facilities Monitoring Checklists for compliance
Facilitates the annual skill training of all utility maintenance personnel of the branches
Provides project management services, requirements, bill of quantities for renovation projects (such as fit-outs, electrical upgrade, renovation for new site, repainting, etc); works with a 3rd party and performs audit and signs-off on the completion
Assist in the coordination with the Lessor, if needed.
Handle other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Preferably a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to take advantage of his technical know-how in different facilities concerns especially air-conditioning & electrical systems, pumps & plumbing system, meeting some government requirements like DENR as a Pollution Control Officer (for APEC Schools), knowledge to read & analyze building plans & can provide proper directions in improvement & construction projects & demolition works.
At least 2-years experience in handling facilities complaints & technical knowledge in resolving them.
With a personal vehicle/motorcycle to use in his inspection visits.
