職務内容
説明
- Handle day-to-day finance-related tasks, including tax filings, accounting, and financial report preparation.
- Coordinate with customs, tax authorities, and tax advisors to manage and report taxrelated matters during company operations.
- Manage accounting entries, external payments, and daily reimbursements.
- Responsible for financial and operational analysis and overall financial management (potential for development into a Finance Manager role).
- Liaise with the China headquarters’ finance team and assist in implementing local finance-related matters in Indonesia.
要件
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with a bachelor's degree or above.
- Over 4 years of tax and finance experience in the Indonesian manufacturing industry (experience in garment or bag/luggage sectors is a plus).
- Solid foundation in accounting and tax principles, with hands-on experience managing full sets of accounts for bonded zone companies in Indonesia.
- The company is currently in the early stage of factory setup, so the candidate should have independent ideas on financial process design, system setup, and policy standardization.
- Clear career development goals, strong learning ability, and resilience under pressure.
