  • Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handling patient inquiries, appointments, and registration processes efficiently
  • Assisting with the coordination of patient flow and workflow at the front desk
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating patient information in our systems
  • Providing administrative support to the medical and nursing staff as required
  • Ensuring the front desk area is well-organised and presentable at all times
  • Adhering to the company's policies, procedures, and professional standards

芁件

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, visitors, and colleagues in a warm and professional manner
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in using computer systems and office software, such as Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations would be an advantage
