Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and guide the team to provide mentorship, professional development, and project reviews, developing a cohesive and high-performing team.
  • Manage internal and external advocacy and communication programs that will position the company in sustainable aviation and ESG leadership.
  • Monitor acceleration and progress of programs and targets towards attainment of overall and long-term sustainability and ESG goals.
  • Ensure the compliance and alignment with existing and upcoming local and international sustainability industry best practices, management systems, policies, regulations, legislation, and standards.
  • Represent the company in relevant groups, forums, and other external engagements and in internal awareness campaigns in the company and other business units.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ESG, GRI, SASB) preferred.
  • 7-10 years in corporate sustainability, ESG, or environmental management.
  • Expertise in sustainability frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, SBTi) and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy.
  • Knowledge of aviation sustainability initiatives (preferred).

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
