  • Responsible in developing, creating new products and recipes: and enhancing existing products that align with the market trends, and customers preferences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and test new products and recipes.
  • Research and analyze market trends and consumers preferences.
  • Troubleshoot production challenges and optimize processes.
  • Develop cost-efficient formulations while maintaining product quality and meeting target margins.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations, industry practices and standards, food safety protocols.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of product development processes.

芁件

  • Proven experience for three (3) years as a chef or i food production for retail stores and restaurants.
  • Degree of certification in culinary arts or a related field is a n advantage.
  • Deep understanding of food science, culinary arts, and market dynamics.
  • Creative and with passion for innovation, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate culinary concepts.
  • Trustworthy and with high values of integrity. No bad records and integrity issues.
