説明
- Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
- Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
- Other tasks that the management may assign from time to time
要件
- Government Requirements
- At least College level
- Preferably with experience in supervising cleaners.
- Computer literate
- Must have Customer service experience or exposure
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
