Enhances the human resources department by planning implementing , evaluating employee relations, Recruitment interviews training development Employees
Familiar with employment act and labor relevant laws policies and regulations.
Oversees the daily workflow and assign tasks for the department. handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Explain payroll rules and resolve problems. Knowledge payment for SSS, Pag ibig and Phil health
Checking attendance that have incomplete time in out for payroll. Sourcing, screening and placement of required positions, including documentation & tracking of employment or movements of hired personnel.
Monitor and maintain accrued vacation sick holiday and other type of employee leave.
Prepares employees for assignment by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.

A graduate of any Human Resources or Psychology courses.
With at least 1 year to 2 years of related work experience.
Good oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
