職務内容

HR Assistant (人事部助理)

Support Where It Matters

  • Be the go-to person for onboarding, exits, confirmations, and everything in between.
  • Prepare contracts, HR letters, and ensure employee records are always audit-ready and accurate.
  • Keep things flowing, coordinate with HR Team to make sure people processes are on track.

Partner with Purpose

  • Coordinate recruitment logistics and payroll inputs with precision and timeliness.
  • Support engagement, performance reviews, and training activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth, people-first operations.

Drive Data with Heart

  • Own and maintain HR trackers and reports that actually drive decision-making.
  • Spot trends, highlight risks, and keep leadership informed, your work helps shape people strategies.
  • Help the team turn data into action and action into impact.

Champion the Employee Experience

  • Be a friendly, reliable touchpoint for employees, guiding them to the right info or support.
  • Provide fast, clear answers and take ownership of follow-ups.
  • Represent HR with warmth, professionalism, and that extra bit of care.
  • Diploma or Degree.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience is great, but attitude, energy, and drive matter even more.
  • Super organized with sharp attention to detail.
  • Naturally curious, solution-focused, and resourceful.
  • Great communicator, both in writing and face-to-face.
  • Tech-comfy: Excel, Word, and HR systems don’t scare you.
  • Discreet, respectful, and professional when handling sensitive info.
  • Mandarin language proficiency IS A MUST – able to read, write, speak, and listen to support and handle bilingual documentation when needed.
