We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Training Consultant to join our growing team. This role requires someone who is confident in managing clients, identifying training needs, proposing tailored solutions, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in corporate training or HR development and be passionate about helping organisations achieve their learning goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Consultation & Business Development
Identify and engage new corporate clients through calls, networking, and referrals.
Conduct client meetings to understand business and training needs.
Propose suitable training programs aligned with client goals and HRDCorp requirements.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations professionally.
Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
2. Account & Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after training programs.
Handle client feedback and ensure continuous satisfaction.
Act as the main point of contact between clients, trainers, and the internal team.
3. Program Coordination & Delivery Support
Coordinate with trainers and operations team to ensure smooth training delivery.
Ensure training materials, outlines, and logistics are ready as per plan.
Support HRDCorp-related documentation and claims when required.
Monitor post-training evaluations and suggest improvements.
4. Market Development & Continuous Learning
Stay updated with HR trends, training topics, and market opportunities.
Identify new program ideas and potential trainers for collaboration.
Contribute to marketing and promotional activities (events, campaigns, LinkedIn, etc.).
