要件
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in payroll, compensation, and benefits; excellent communication skills; strong people management; and adept in employee relations.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
