The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to internal users, maintaining the integrity of hardware and software systems, assisting in IT projects and upgrades, and ensuring compliance with IT security protocols. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations and optimal system performance.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in network and system maintenance.

Skills and Competencies:
