As Part of the Team, You Will Be Involved in:
Social/Digital Media Support
- Assisting in the management of social and digital media channels, including developing and maintaining weekly content calendars and publishing content using social media and CRM tools.
- Supporting campaign activities, including planning and coordinating with functional teams and agencies, as led by the GTM planner.
Creative Operations
- Establishing and executing effective project communication plans.
- Coordinating assets and sharing information with functional teams, including tracking deadlines to ensure timelines are met.
- Keeping updated with the receipt of assets, including downloading, uploading to the central G-drive folder, and updating the GTM decks.
- Adhering to asset guidelines, submitting project deliverables, and ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Facilitating change requests to inform the delivery team of any impacts on schedule and budget.
- Tracking deliverables for various campaigns, including updating Google Sheets, translations, copy, and campaign decks before delivery to media agencies.
Admin / Budget Operations
- Consolidating and updating marketing expenses in shared Google Sheets for budget monitoring, coordinating with Finance Admin, and updating the GTM Planner.
- Assisting in raising Purchase Orders with Procurement.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in Brand/Creative Marketing or at an Advertising Agency.
- Passionate about digital marketing.
- Familiar with social and digital platforms.
- Proficient in Google Suite.
- Confident and effective communicator, able to connect with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and an independent team player with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
