Job Description

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with a strong proficiency in C# to develop and maintain our internally built applications based on Microsoft technologies, including ASP.NET and SQL Server. These software and web-based applications are customized to meet our organization’s specific needs. The successful candidate will join a small, dynamic team based in Dumaguete, Philippines, and Sydney. The team works in an Agile environment to develop and support both existing and new applications. Responsibilities include utilizing a ticketing system and the JIRA project management system to manage and track development tasks.

Job Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft .NET, including C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, and JavaScript.
• Passion for technologies and software development.
• Good understanding of SQL Server Database and database technologies.
• Understand and practice secure coding and application security practices.
• Affinity to produce good documentation and build a strong knowledge base.
• Attention to detail.
• Affinity to promote and adhere to good development practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal applications using C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Work in an Agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Utilize ticketing systems and JIRA for project management and task tracking.
• Provide support for existing applications and develop new features based on organizational needs.

• Become familiar with the existing code base.
• Develop new functionality and products on our existing software products.
• Share responsibility for managing production systems and troubleshooting issues.

• Provide system and user documentation and training of users.
