Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conceptualizes news and lifestyle programs and their segments and the production peripheral requirements
• Helps in the determination of which stories to publish
• Helps to determine how news and lifestyle content is going to be presented digitally
• Produces short- and long-form stories, features, photo galleries, quizzes, advertorials, and other content as assigned by the editorial director with daily deadlines
• Properly desk stories on the different verticals and sections of the website
• Supervises news and lifestyle content production
• Initiates post-prod analysis of each program
• Oversees the 24-Hour News and Lifestyle Content Production Cycle
• Helps in evaluating the performance of on-air personalities
• Collaborates closely with HR on performance of news production personnel
• Assists in training news and lifestyle production personnel
• Participates in the determination of the company’s editorial policies and guidelines
• Collaborates closely with Sales & Marketing on the viability of news and lifestyle programs
• Works closely with digital support on the production systems
