To assist the Operations and Office-Admin Manager concerning the company operations
Recommends to management any area for possible improvement
2. OPERATIONS
Being on-top of the operations of assigned clients at all times.
To coordinate all clients concerns to head office or office supports
To oversee HR-Coordinators assigned to his/her clients making sure that all functions, reports are done or submitted on time
To do regular client visit making sure that all policies and procedures are being practiced or implemented
To make sure that all client’s concerns are acted upon at the most reasonable time
Plans and implements programs for the continuous equipping of employees such as orientation, re-orientation, training, incentive or award programs
To make sure core values are being practiced or encourage among all employees under his/her assigned client
3. RECRUITMENT
Plans and implements programs with Recruitment Department on how to provide all clients Manpower Request(MRF)
Coordinates/meets with Recruitment team regularly for recruitment updates on assigned clients
4. ADMINISTRATION
Coordinates with Human Resources Admin regarding client’s Incident Reports making sure that the established Policies and Procedures are implemented properly and on time.
Makes sure that all incidents are acted upon and closed.
5. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
To assist the Chief Operating Officer concerning Business Development or new clients
要件
Preferably HRM Graduate
Age: not more than 30yrs
With at least 2 years of experience as Hotel Duty Manager or as Supervisor with solid experience in F&B Banquet, Front Office & Housekeeping
Preferably with training experience
Willing to be assigned in San Fernando but willing to travel to client's site.
Willing to work extended hours and holidays
