?What Are Our Wishes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration in the Philippines.
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations and statutory benefits.
  • Experience with payroll systems and HRIS (e.g., Sprout, SAP, or equivalent).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and confidentiality.
  • Experience handling payroll for a mid-sized to large company

?How can you contribute to the team?

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing and support the implementation of compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements, and capable of ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Administration
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Ensure accurate computation of salaries, overtime, incentives, commissions, and deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, withholding tax, loans, etc.).
  • Maintain and update payroll records and employee data in the HRIS/payroll system.
  • Handle final pay computations and process government-mandated separation clearances.
  • Coordinate with Finance for funding and payroll reconciliations.
  • Generate payroll reports and submit government-mandated reports (e.g., Alpha List, BIR Form 2316).
  • Manage off-cycle payments, bonuses, and adjustments.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and deductions.
  • Reconcile payroll-related accounts and prepare reports for finance/audit teams.
  • Benefits Administration
  • Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and company provided benefits (e.g., HMO, insurance, allowances).
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and benefits providers.
  • Ensure accurate enrollment, changes, and terminations in benefit systems.
  • Educate employees about available benefits and support open enrollment processes.
  • Coordinate with benefit providers for enrollments, renewals, and claims processing.
  • Monitor and update leave credits, service incentives, and statutory benefits utilization.
  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory bodies.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare documents for audits and government inspections.
  • Keep abreast of labor law updates and changes to government policies impacting payroll and benefits.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee data.
  • Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll, tax, and benefits legislation.
