要件

  • Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields is required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in payroll software, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
  • Working Conditions: Typically office-based with standard working hours; occasional overtime during payroll cycles.
  • Qualities and Traits: Ethical, organized, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
