• Review, analyze and label data (text categorization, domain classification, entity extraction and linkage, event detection, etc.) that will aid in machine learning
• Analyze collected data, group transaction segments, and pinpoint areas for breakthrough and incremental improvements for the account/process
• Observe, identify systematic patterns on help devise innovative solutions with strategic partners
• Collaborate with CX Analytics team, Data scientists, strategic partners on all aspects of the work
