2. MP AI/RI rate improvement.

3. Estimation and improvement of process and product performance.

4. Improvement of process capability/yield rate.

5. Execution and control of machine E/C.

6. Communicate and cooperate across departments to handle production line abnormalities.

7. Assist QA in handling customer complaints.

8. Process improvement. Proposition and tracking of MP ECR.

9. Undertake and lead new products.

10. Manufacturability design evaluation in EVT stage.

11. Convening of pre- and post-production meetings for new models.

12. Preparation of new model trial production report.

13. Improvement and tracking of problem points of new models.

14. Formulate new process plans and establish and improve process specifications.

15. Tracking and technical support inspection and release of the first batch of mass production.

* Critical and analytical thinking.

* Have initiative in performing assigned task.

* Must have knowledge in preparation of SOPs and production of power transformers.

* Must be a computer literate.

* Must be an Engineering graduate preferably a BSEC, BSME or BSEE or any 4-5-year engineering course
