説明
- Overseeing the production processes and drawing up a production schedule.
- Ensuring that products are produced on time and of good quality.
- Ensuring that the production is cost-effective
- Ensuring that the health and safety guidelines are being followed.
- Working out the human and material resources needed, estimating costs, and setting quality standards, while monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
- Monitoring product standards and implementing quality‐control systems.
- Supervising and motivating different teams of workers and reviewing workers’ performance.
要件
- Graduate of Engineering or Business Management courses,
- With at least 3-5 years of related experience at a Supervisor/Assistant Managerial level in a Manufacturing company,
- Know how to handle people,
- With a knowledge or background in PEZA or BOC,
