説明

  1. Responsible for construction and improvements of Lawson Convenience Stores
  2. Review drawings and specifications, architectural and engineering plans for the implementation of the project
  3. Provide solutions during construction to suit conditions and as approved job request (Color schemes, material selections, shop drawings, RFI/RFA)
  4. Prepares all necessary documents for permit application
  5. Prepares project estimates and schedules
  6. Supervises contractors, workers, installers in the construction site
  7. Coordinate with other departments as needed for the store opening

要件

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineer or any related course
  2. Preferably licensed Civil Engineer
  3. Has experience in retail fit-out interior works
  4. Strong time management and analytical, project management skills
  5. Proficient with AutoCAD
  6. Willing to do field works
