  • Merchandising: Ensure that products are attractively displayed, shelves are well-stocked, and promotional materials are properly set up to catch customer attention.

要件

  • Educational Background: At least a high school graduate; some positions may prefer candidates with a college background.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is advantageous but not always required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and retain detailed information about products to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for extended periods and handling physical tasks such as setting up displays.
