The QA/QC Analyst is responsible for ensuring product quality through comprehensive testing, analysis, and troubleshooting. Collaborating closely with production teams, the analyst maintains and implements quality standards, conducts inspections, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills

o   Familiarity with production machinery, equipment, and manufacturing processes.

o   Flexibility to adapt to changing production requirements and handle unexpected challenges.

o   Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.

o   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Training

Relevant certifications or technical training can be beneficial.                  

Experience

Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment
