職務内容

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and specific requirements for business professional roles.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates across various industries.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience and long-term partnership.
  • Provide expert market insights and guidance to clients on talent availability, compensation trends, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between clients and candidates.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to clients on progress and challenges.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and continuously expand professional network within target industries.
