The Role: Recruitment Consultant

• Developing Pipelines: Working with the marketing team to develop consistent multichannel pipelines of leads and nurtures to generate recruitment sales
• Sales Conversion: Implementing scripts, systems and procedures to ensure best practice and consistent sales conversion results
• Outbound Sales: Implementing and undertaking systemised outbound calling practices to meet call targets and generate sales quotes
• Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Sourcing Talent: Utilize various platforms and networks to identify, attract, and shortlist high-quality candidates.
• Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand their business, culture, and hiring needs, ensuring a perfect match with candidates.
• Interviewing & Selection: Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate skills and experience, and present top talent to clients.
• Negotiation & Placement: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and placement of candidates, ensuring a smooth and successful hiring process.

Experience and Skill Required:

• Proven Sales Record: Previous work history in a outbound sales role with demonstrated achievement of targeted sales outcomes is required.
• Experience in Recruitment: Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English with a diverse range of people, both in writing and verbally.
• Results-Driven: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and the motivation to continue delivering results.
• Resilience & Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt to changing demands, and overcome challenges.
• Team Player: A collaborative mindset, willing to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
